Shipping Policy

Meat Lodge uses great care when packaging and shipping your orders.  We use insulated shipping coolers, boxes, or packages that will vary based on your order type, size, shipping address, and the shipping service selected at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: Any order containing perishable goods MUST be shipped using a MAXIMUM 2 delivery time.  Meat Lodge cannot be responsible for any perishable order shipped via ground service.  We highly recommend express delivery.

Meat Lodge does NOT recommend shipping perishable goods via Ground.  We understand that some customers may desire to use ground shipping as a cost saving measure, and it may be appropriate depending on the shipping address and delivery time.  Therefore, we allow UPS or FedEx Ground shipping as an option during checkout.  Please remember that all perishable orders MUST be shipped with a delivery time of 2 days MAX.

We do our best to prevent a package being shipped out with an incorrect shipping method, however we are NOT responsible for a package being shipped out using  an incorrect shipping method (requiring longer than a 2nd day ship time).  Upon checkout it is your responsibility to ensure that you are selecting the option appropriate for your package and delivery address.  Meat Lodge is not responsible for shipping delays, incorrect shipping methods, or lost or missing packages.

Meat Lodge does not ship any perishable orders on Thursday or Friday.  This is to ensure that if there are any delays in the shipping process that your order does not sit over the weekend prior to delivery.

Unfortunately, Meat Lodge cannot accept any liability for items that are slow to deliver.  All claims for damaged or slow to deliver items must file a report directly with the shipping company used to ship your order.

For health and safety reasons, Meat Lodge cannot accept returns for any reason.  Meat Lodge does not cover return shipping costs for any reason.
